By entering this promotion, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

Promotion Period: This offer starts Tuesday 7 July at 6:00pm AEST and ends Sunday 12 July at 11:59pm AEST.
How to Enter: Customers must place an order via the Charcoal App during the promotional period to automatically enter.
App Only: This offer is exclusive to the Charcoal App. Orders placed via the Charcoal website, mobile website, in-store, or any other channel are not eligible.
Prize: Two winners will each receive one $500 Charcoal gift card
Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on Monday 13 July at 9:00am AEST.

General: Charcoal reserves the right to amend, cancel, or extend the promotion at any time if required.

In-Store Returns

Must present original receipt upon return/proof of purchase statement.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or in-store credit.
Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed & with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons - swimwear, bodysuits, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.
Items purchased at our DFO store can only be returned at the same location.
We cannot accept returns from online purchases in-store and vice versa.
Final sale items cannot be returned.

We allow full store credit, exchange or refund if the item has a manufacturing default/defect.

For change of mind, items can be exchanged, refunded or returned for a Gift Card within 30 days of purchase.

Gift Cards issued from February 2024 can be used in-store and online.
